Jon co-founded ENSEK in 2010 and, as CEO, built it into a leading international SaaS company in the energy sector. Its digital retail operating platform transforms major utilities worldwide, billing around $25bn of annual energy usage for retailers.

At the forefront of Europe’s energy transition, ENSEK supports electrification and decarbonisation with technology that integrates distributed energy resources (EVs, solar, batteries), optimises consumption, and enables flexibility balancing. Its platform empowers consumers to monitor, control, and reduce energy use. Jon scaled ENSEK to ~$100m in revenue before exiting to a major energy strategic in 2024 and now leads its global expansion. Earlier, he spent a decade in software (Oracle) and utilities (E.ON, RWE npower). Based in the UK, Jon holds a BA in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.
